Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately, after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Unless the item is defective.  There are no refunds for shipping.  Example (Package was sent back to us or the package made it to the customer but wanted to send the cd back)

Also If the Package was shipped to the customer with the Correct address that the customer provided but it was returned to us then the customer will have to pay the shipping back to them.

If you a have created an account you can see your history of items you have purchased and can select NEED TO RETURN PRODUCT for the item you want to return and follow directions to fill the RMA request.

All Returned items must have the order number, RMA Number, Customer name, and Why it is being returned.
